Frozen Yogurt Bark is delicious and simple to make! It’s perfect for a mid morning or afternoon snack. Toddlers love it and it’s been wonderful for my teething baby!

Our latest obsession is frozen yogurt bark. Every batch is slightly different and every batch has been devoured. It’s perfect for a mid morning or afternoon snack. My youngest has been teething for weeks, and this has been a life saver for him! What is frozen yogurt bark? Yogurt plus add-ins spread out and frozen, then broken into small pieces for a delightful frozen snack!
Let’s break it down.
Pick a yogurt. We like plain (greek or regular) so I can control what ingredients are added.
Pick your flavor and toppings. Our favorites so far are banana peanut butter and honey blueberry. More on this later!

Mix what needs mixed (example: stir yogurt and honey together).
Spread yogurt out on a baking sheet (we prefer silicone, but wax paper or parchment should work too). If you can see the pan, it’s too thin. We probably do an 1/8-1/4 inch thick. Release your perfectionist side, she’s not welcome here lol.

Sprinkle, plop, or press remaining toppings (example: drop blueberries on yogurt and gently press down so the yogurt will hold it once frozen).
Place in the freezer until hardened (I usually leave mine until the next day, but a couple hours should suffice).
Once frozen, gently break into smaller pieces. Our house has little hands, so smallish is better, about 1-3 inches. Keep in mind that the yogurt will start to melt as soon as it touches hands, so size accordingly and handle the large chunk of bark as little as possible.
Enjoy or place in airtight container and back in freezer.

Q & A
- How much of each ingredient should I use? Whatever tastes good to you! This is a “handful of flour” type recipe where you add a pinch of this and a scoop of that. I recommend you taste the yogurt as you go. If it’s not sweet enough, add more honey. If you can’t taste an ingredient, add more. If a flavor is too strong, add more yogurt. I believe in your creative powers!
- Can this be refrigerated? No, it’ll just turn back into yogurt.
- How long will it last in the freezer? This depends on the type of container you’re using and how fresh your yogurt is. Personally, I would feel safe with about 3 months, but do your own research. Ours has never lasted more than a few days.
