Isaiah 40:11, 29-31 NIV
“He tends his flock like a shepherd: He gathers the lambs in his arms and carries them close to his heart; he gently leads those that have young…
He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.”

Pray with me
Thank you for gently guiding me, Lord, for increasing my power and renewing my strength. Thank you for carrying my children when I don’t have the strength to do it myself, when I’m busy and nursing and caring for the youngest. I trust them to you. You are so good Lord. I praise you! Bless the name of the Lord! Glory in the highest! Hosanna!
He gently leads
God is leading you. Follow. Don’t get stuck in the mud and stay there ’til it dries. Let Him lead you on the path of righteousness. Let Him carry the children and lead you. “Gently” isn’t forceful, it’s not full of pressure and stress. It’s gentle because He is calm and in control. Let Him strengthen you in your weariness. “Come to me, all who are burdened, and I will give you rest.” Follow Him. (Psalm 23:3, Matthew 11:28)
Have a blessed and sunshiny day!
Kaci
